The Missioned helps you discover best-fit careers and creates a free resume. Before we begin, please read and agree to the following:

• What we collect: your responses to a public-domain interests assessment (O*NET Interest Profiler), your work history, and the things you tell us about your goals. If you choose to receive your resume by email, we collect and verify your email address.
• What we never collect or score: age, sex, gender, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, marital or family status, or any other protected-class attribute. The assessment measures interests only (the O*NET Interest Profiler).
• How we use it: to generate your profile, resume, and career recommendations, and — only if you opt in — to have a recruiter consider you for suitable roles and contact you about them (by email, or by phone/SMS if you share your number; reply STOP any time).
• Storage & retention: your data is stored confidentially. For this proof-of-concept it is kept in a local database; you may request deletion at any time. See the README for the stated retention policy.
• No data is stored without your consent. Nothing is saved until you complete the conversation and your profile is created.
