How people opt in to texts

The Missioned is a d/b/a of Radford and Hill Inc. These are the only ways someone agrees to texts from us. Each box starts unticked, is optional, and is never a condition of any service.

1. Job seekers, on the sign-up page

Public page: themissioned.ai/signup. Below name, email and password:

2. Job seekers, inside their account

After signing in, when someone adds a phone number in their home, the same optional box appears under the number:

What happens next

  • We save the date, the number and the exact wording shown, and send one confirmation. Job seekers get: “The Missioned: you're signed up for texts from your recruiter about your job search. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” Employers get: “The Missioned: you're signed up for texts about your hiring. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
