Before founding The Missioned he placed more than 300 people as a healthcare recruiter. The firm exists because the best hires he ever made were matched on what the person was built to do, not on keywords — so the candidate side of this company starts with a real interest assessment and a conversation, and the employer side starts with a call.
How we charge
Only when your hire starts. The terms for a role are agreed on the intro call and written down before we source anyone. Nothing moves mid-search.
How we treat candidates
Nobody is introduced to an employer without written consent. The assessment, resume and coaching are free and stay theirs.
